Isn't the Dome race basically that idea. I know it's 30k but there are very few national touring drivers that show up. Last year was the perfect example. Tyler Carpenter who really can't compete financially with the touring drivers wins 30k

Do you think there are enough cars around to support say three or four of this type of race just making it a little more regional and there for easier for the more local guys to travel to? What about if you finish in the top 3 in any of these races you can't enter any of the remaining events to help show anyone interested in coming that one person won't be allowed to come in and cherry pick all the money.

They should have a race Wednesday at eldora for guys that didn’t make top 44. Invite by wins or average national finish. Let the top 4 stay for the rest of weekend and pay the rest out. Even if it was 25 cars it would be nice to see a race amongst them.
