How safe are your local race tracks and what safety measures do they take?

While I wasn't there Saturday evening (8/22).
This is one of my local race tracks Shadyhill Speedway in Medaryville, Indiana. This accident happened at the start of the UMP Modified feature and took out 1/2 the field. While I have seen some good races there. I had heard about the accident from a few people and when I saw video this morning I wasn't surprised. They inverted 10 in the modified feature and started a couple of slower cars of front. The lack of safety there is unacceptable. The 31 of Tom Bell flipped. He was ok and got out. The track crew left his car upside down and dragged the car to the infield on it's roof and never flipped it over and let the car sit there.

A few years ago they had and Indiana RaceSaver 305 Wing Sprint Car show there and a guy hit a rut and flipped outside turn one & two and into the pond behind the turn. Thankfully a racer and a few fans ran to the pond and helped the guy out of the car. There is no Fence in turns 1 & 2 and down the back straightaway there.

Here is a video and 1 picture of the accident. (Saturday, August 22nd 2020)
1st video is from Kim Grow. She is the wife of Jamie Lomax (#36) crew chief Claude Grow.
