Any idea why Kokomo was cancelled on Friday September 25th?

Likely because Cody pulled out of it like he did with the Throwback and probably Gateway. And Kokomo doesn't really need another late model race when they still have the Klash and WOO LM to run.

I think it’s funny that people are finally seeing Cody for what he’s always been... a crook

I can't see that many with the poor payback IMO. If it really pays the same for 3rd on back both nights.

Didn’t Krob wreck at Eldora last year and drove someone else’s car at the Jackson? Can’t remember how that went. Also didn’t he drive Brittan Godsey’s car?

Hoosier_Dirt

I think you are right...seems like he did drive be someone else's car.

Maybe MasterSbilt will give him a call and a ride for the Jackson. They have an open seat.

What other regional races are going on around there this weekend?

Not Much, but some.

UMP/Dirtcar | Tri-City (IL) has 3 shows THU|FRI|SAT all $2000 to win
WoO | Thunder Mountain (PA) has a 2-day FRI|SAT for 10K each night
Unsanctioned | Atomic (OH) has a $3000 to win SAT night
Unsanctioned | Magnolia (MS) has a $4000 to win FRI night and a $12K to win SAT night

That's about all I see.

Better chance at making money at the WoO shows...

That would be a long trek for anyone coming from South, Midwest, or West. The payout at Brownstown and the proximity would be a final determination unless a sponsor demanded to attend the WOO race.

Mister Ricochet

I'd say he likes Tri City.

Yea, I guess but who knows. Heckenast passed over racing near home last week at Peoria (5k) and Sycamore (10k) to haul to NE and race 3 nights at I-80 and that was after running FALS on Wednesday. Ran FALS on Wednesday, loaded up and ran I-80 in NE on Thursday when he could have run Peoria and Sycamore on Fri and Sat.

Next few weeks around IL will be some good opportunities. 3 nights at Tri City this weekend, 3 nights at Lincoln the following weekend then 15k to win at FALS on Oct 10th.
