Clutch ?

To IMCA stock car guys running a clutch...what is the best setup to run? can a single disc hold up, or should a guy use a double/triple disc...

We used a single disc for years in our imca stock car. They worked great till one random night while leading it would start slipping. Never would do it while in 10th place. lol If we ever put our car back together i would go to a double disc.
