Hate to see that Lucas Oil has scheduled races on both The Bristol Dirt Nationals AND The WoO races.

I'm no Lucas apologist, but their schedule was out in October...

Lucas runs a good show. I will never forget those 6 races they put on Facebook live (free) back in late spring of 2020).

It is unfortunate for some because it's a rare event but Lucas has plenty of high paying events where I don't think they need to bow down and adjust their schedule they released quite awhile back and breaking agreements with tracks.

Bristol is cool but you know napcar will mess it up somehow

A promotor may be scared of racing against those days for the fan count .

You do know that the Lucas schedule was out way before the Bristol stuff right?

I just don't see this as being a bad think for lucas. Sure you get to say I ran bristol. I think the place is going to be brutal on equipment. Eldora seems to be running 2 of everything this year and that place alone is hard on motors. In this time of uncertainty and the struggles to get sponsorship. You have to pick and choose the direction you take the sponsorship dollars. Bristol may be getting large fields but what does it pay 5th to 10th compared to other shows. Has anyone seen team valvoline on the drivers list yet for bristol ?
