Volusia didnt do well with the fan count. It was wayyyy off!

Eastbay was as full as I have ever seen!

People want to get to East Bay before it's gone, me included, plus the racing is better I think.

I think maybe the limited fan restrictions at the big track may have affected the attendance at Volusia.

It'll be fine next year when East Bay returns to it's normal slot the week before Volusia. Super Bowl kinda screwed the schedule up this year.

I think he is referring to fan restrictions at Daytona Speedway & maybe less NASCAR fans at Volusia? Just a guess.
No restrictions at the dirt tracks other than Volusia was checking temperatures at the gates.

They werent checking at the pit gate!

We got checked each night at the grandstand spectator gate.
