Is there a time/track condition when you should cold sipe rather than hot sipe or vise versa? Do you do vertical sipes on fronts only and horizontal/both on rears? (American racer tires on super late)

I like the ones that use std razor blades. I haven't hot siped in years.

I'm no tire expert, but I sipe based on what I think will get the proper wear and heat. That includes depth and direction and density of cuts.

I never used a sipe, too. Any reviews on national tire and battery (https://national-tire-and-battery.pissedconsumer.com/review.html) may be? This service center network is rather wide, they must be offering cheaper prices.

I'm no tire guy, but I've honestly never done it and don't think I really need to. That could be because I'm too dumb to know better, who knows?

...Needling helps a bunch if your surface soaking tires, but has other benefits
