That's all we get? Great info!

It's all over racing websites. (Dirtondirt, WoO website, etc,)

Does anyone know what the march 25th "spoiler angle" infraction was? That's a new one for me.

I'm wondering if it's a poor summary of a droop rule infraction? I've never in my life seen a spoiler angle rule.

9" spoiler height

That was the GIS deal. His hinge was big enough the spoiler was like 8 5/8. I saw it actually measured. It's funny that the rule became 8 1/4 instead of 8 because somebody mass produced a bunch of spoilers and didn't account for the hinge. No balls by tech. The balls are reserved for 1 off teams that are not manufacturers.
That's why these cars look nothing like 10 years ago with no rule changes until the rules were amended again and again to match what showed up to race, not what the book said.

I don't know how they can throw anyone out for the angle alone. Just about everybody I seen pics of, had their spoiler laid back as far as it would go.

The tire cheating deal slipped under my radar.

I just read the dod article….says they quietly penalized them this week for the tire they used on feb 18 at volusia didn’t pass benchmark.

I’m showing today’s date as April 13.

2 months later to find out the outcome of that race??? What an exciting finish though.

Idiots

Not sure about the rest of you but I’ve seen 4 or 5 other races since that race on feb 18 at volusia…..it’s just completely ignorant to allow 2 months to go by before the official finish of the race is declared.

Woo or no woo…blue ridge or no blue ridge……2 months later to get dq on tires is just dumb….and they wonder why new fans don’t come?

I believe the spoiler angle at Bristol was that the angle had to be the same all across and his was not....

The strange question is why are they taking a sample from a car that qualified midpack, squeeked into the feature thru a b main, and finished 27th?

Just a hunch but I would bet its because of the title of this here thread....

Wasn't it back in February 2019 when the PoPo pulled into the pits and stuffed and cuffed him ?
