Jimmy Mars Victorious Once Again at Nearby Red Cedar Speedway for Fourth Win!

(MENOMONIE, WISCONSIN) The Mars Racing team continued their winning ways on Friday evening, July 1, as they racked up their fourth triumph of the year in a visit to the nearby Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, Wisconsin! National Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer Jimmy Mars won his heat race from the pole position and later started the weekly Late Model feature event from the inside of the fourth row.

Jimmy then pointed his famed #28 MB Customs mount to the front of the field, grabbed the lead around the halfway mark of the 20-lap headliner, and went on to capture the $1,000 top prize at his hometown track. Finishing behind him at the checkers was runner-up and son Sam Mars, Mark Hessler, Mike Prochnow, and Pat Doar! Complete results from Red Cedar Speedway can be accessed online by clicking on www.redcedarspeedway.com.

With family commitments taking priority this upcoming weekend, Jimmy will once again stay close to home to compete at Red Cedar Speedway. The nearby Menomonie, Wisconsin fairgrounds oval will host a special Military Night program on Friday, July 8. The WISSOTA Late Models will run weekly once again and a $1,000 paycheck will be on the line. Additional information concerning this event can be found by logging onto www.redcedarspeedway.com.
