Bert Gen 1 Transmission rebuild ?'s

Ive busted my Bert Ball Spline apart and forgot what order the brake cup, spring, and cup extender go in? Can anyone enlighten me

You can go to their website (berttransmission.com) and find an exploded view. You might have to look in the catalog to find it, though.

They make an updated piston, it's an aluminum plug with two o-rings. Either way, (for original design parts) the spring goes in the hole first, then the backing for the cup, the rubber cup, then the aluminum "extender" as you called it.
