Wrong 100% - Sheets didn't deviate from his lane at all.

that appeared to be just racing. tough to penalize a guy 2 spots when they were going through a few bumps and Sheets didn't appear to do anything to make it seem like it was intentional.

History of the drivers can matter. I agree with the penalty, because I've not heard of Sheets driving dirty. Not to say he hasn't. He could have raised his line where Chamberlain was not able lower his.
