Thats 3 tracks in close proximity that came up for sale in the last few weeks that popped up for sale. Tri-City, Stateline, and now Sharon. Why, Why ? ?

Sharon has been for sale for years. They are in no hurry to sell the place, and that’s why it’s priced the way that it is.
