Probably around the time of the PRI Trade show in early December. That's when they were released last year.

Lucas schedule came out in early November last year, at the dtwc I heard it would be about a month

I've only seen one series schedule to the point and that's the Ultimate SE. Seems to be some things up in the air. Of course, most series and tracks wait on Lucas and WoO.
