  1. Thanks Brad. I got the bottom end back together last night and now the end play is .006, much better. I replaced that thrust bearing, it was worn pretty good. With the new cam i hope to be more competitive out at Langley this year. My old one was about a .487 lift, way to small to run with the rest of you guys.
  2. Hey It's Brad Adams, thats to much crankshaft endplay. I had to replace the thrust bearing in the #12 last year because of that. It shouldn't be anymore then .12 at the most. When you take the bearing out make sure it hasn't scarred the crank. Check your clutch settings and make sure no kinda pressure is being held onto the crank making it wear prematurely. It's not too uncommon on the Ford race motors for that many races. If you need any help give me a call.
