Tony, FYI, Your PM box is full. Here is the note I tried sending you: Tony, Thank you for the photos. I went through our inventory and found all of our new starters have the nose piece like the photo you sent. Our manufacturer changed to a casting without informing us. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'm kind of embarrassed that you discovered this before our quality department brought it to my attention. Strength-wise, there should be no issue with the cast nose piece -vs- the billet nose piece. In fact, the new casting has nice radii to distribute the loads better than some of the sharp edges we had on the billet version.
