Im betting the 15in 4blade doesnt have the pitch that the 19in 442 fan has. I had a 15in 4 blade and it has about half the pitch of the 442 19in fan....

You may need more than 5 gallons of fuel if you run meth. If gas then you are probably ok with that. If its close for the heat i wouldnt change much...

The main difference that will cause grief is the coupler arrangements. Falcon has the 3 piece and brinn is the standard output shaft and coupler....
