Cold settings are normally set .004 tighter but depends on the head.Set .004 tight cold then recheck when hot.

The semi-synthetic Gibbs oils are 300 lap oils. The full synthetic Gibbs oils are 500 lap oils. Both need a new filter every 100 laps and topped off.
