KC Webb???? phone call

Has anyone else been contacted by this guy? He called and asked about my Latemodel that is for sale and then changed up trying to get me to sign a contract with him.... When I said i'm really not interested and I would have to read anything before I signed it his cell phone battery suddenly was about to die and that ended the conversation. I saw a post on Racerap about him and did a little digging myself and really not sure what the scam is but it is a common reply to STAY AWAY from him.

talked to him today and he said basically same thing.
