When running a chain on each side, would you run them in front or behind the rear end? I only ran one on the lr and it was behind the rear. Which was suggested but I'm limited on where to put it with the rule change.
Thanks

i would say it doesnt matter, put it where you can/have to. ive got shock mounts in front of rearend ill be using for my lr chain this year.
On a car with a pull bar I was always told mount it infront so when it hits the chain it will load the pull bar more, on solid pull bars I don't think it would make a difference,
If the mounting bracket on the rearend is a clamp bracket, put it on top. If it's in front or rear, it could spin on the housing causing more drop than needed or wanted. If the bracket is welded to the tube, it doesn't matter if it's front, rear, or top. This suggestion is for a sport mod solid pullbar.
Thanks guys.
Mine is welded on as I thought about it moving last year. I'm just going to put them on the front and see what happens.
