why would it matter if you are running 6300 or less??
because there not good enough for over 6300 , thats why 6300 or less.......
When you buy a set from Brad at Race 1, he has checked them and has them marked them for intake and exhaust. He charges $150 for a set. They are normally $75/set but it takes two sets to get a full set that meets the standard.
he is only asking 49 bucks a set , so thats a good deal......
actually we had to raise our price a bit on the matched sets as it is taking us more than 2 sets to get one set that we call "good"
the ones we are selling on the classified boards are within GM spec but not where we want to see them for guys spinning engines at 6800 and above
we have them priced about half the cost of wholesale
our matched springs or what we like to call "qualified springs" go through a process of testing
if you do the math and figure in the time ---it's not a big money maker
hopefully someone can find a use for springs that are in spec but at the low end of standard---they are brand new
if I could start moving some of them we could possibly bring the price back to $150 on our qualified sets
just so everyone is clear we are talking 604 bee hive springs
we certainly will deal on multiple sets of low rpm spring sets (buy 2 get 1 free) does that help--LOL
here is the link to our tested and qualified sets
