How old is the 4412 carb & whats your bottom $$$ if I pick it up?

Carb is around 4-5 years old. I'm not the owner and he didnt buy it threw me new so I don't know the exact age. Make me a serious offer. I can ship in IL for around $6-8

Does it need any work or is it bolt on ready? Will it pass tech for the bore size (std.)?
