Standing up for self defense and the second amendment is just the opposite of cowardly. The real cowards want to take law abiding citizens guns.
Criminals are going to get guns no matter what the laws are and us citizens need the ability to defend ourselves against them and a growing rogue government if forced to.
There are plenty of existing laws that need to be applied. Just look at how many times felon in possession is one of the first things to get ignored or plea bargained away when dealing with inner city criminals. Oh we can't adequately enforce that because it would affect a certain demographic to such a large extent. Yeah right. Go after the bad guys with guns, we know where they are.
This stat was from the last year or two. Just 2% of all the counties in the US account for 51% of all murders and 54% of all counties didn't even have a murder. In my home state of Wisconsin the City of Milwaukee has racked up record homicide numbers and 97% of the victims are black as are most of the perps when located. More gun control on law abiding citizens will help that how? Every weekend in Chicago has at least a dozen, maybe two dozen gun injuries and at least 3-6 deaths depending on if it is a regular or holiday weekend. More gun control on the law abiding will help that how? Do black lives really matter to those who say they do because by and large they are killing each other.

Many of these celebrities, jocks, entertainers and even politicians swimming in money have their own private (and armed) security and protection details. One of my top full of sh!t entertainers is Liam Neeson. The guy always spouts off about gun control yet he can never make a movie where he doesn't rack up a body count. Never a moment of self reflection about how he enriches himself before he goes out getting preachy. They can all p!ss off.
