If I put a spindle on my car that is 2" shorter height from my stock spindle, and the steering arm is 1.5" shorter than stock. What should I expect? Should I change other things in the suspension?

you should expect a LOT faster camber gain/change. This could make that wheel more sensitive as far as dialing in the initial static camber/caster settings to get the best tire contact patch after dive and roll.
I would think a good tire temp pyrometer would be a MUST if you were going to do this.
that wont work on the left front, bumps too far off, roll centers too far right, and static camber would be terrible.
