We could see close to 40 Super Lates then. Might be nice to see a decent car count there for this. I remember going to this race and seeing 70 or so super lates.
Jeep Vanwormer, Devin Gilpin, Casey Noonan, Hillard Miller, Troy Worrick.
Sure would think Matt Miller. Wonder what ethanol series has going, could dictate a few like schlenk, ruhlman, thirlby, etc....Lucas canceled so will a few like Pierce & lanigan show?
Ethanol is at I96 Friday and Thunderbird on Saturday. Merritt Speedway has a $2k show on Sunday
no Jeep, Schlenk, or Thirlby and I highly doubt we'll see even 30 cars
They had 24 cars for the $5k April ALMS race. This weekend's race ALMS race pays $2k...
I look for about 20 cars. Might get a few surprise cars that come from the Show Me. But its hard for drivers to race at Eldora for 2k these days. Personally if I was a driver I wouldn't race at Eldora for under 5k. That track is hard on equipment.

Reminds me of the old WVMS. That place was a motor eatin sumbich. Every crash seemed to put one on the hook. But nothing beats standing in the pits in turn two and watching them skate down the back stretch or turn 4 when they would just scrape the wall exiting. Anyone remember Steve Francis’ Eldora bumper? Or it may have been someone else but they had double bars are the right side just so they could bounce it off if need be
^^^^ I don’t specifically remember Frances’s but do remember Rayburn doing that for Donnie Moran’s “Million” car. That thing took a beating and came home a winner.
Per a facebook post Double Down Motorsports will have both cars there for this race. It said Buckingham will get tuned up for next week and Moses will be making his first laps at the BigE.
