I run variable rate setups almost all the time, on various parts of the car. However, I decide what the rates are and where it changes in travel. If one of these springs matches up perfectly for you, it will work fine. Otherwise, you have just painted yourself into a corner, where you can't adjust.
The 200-550 with a 800 stacked on top on the RR with no lockout is the whoop.
Problem is you can't control the curve anytime you change static load the curve is effected and their is nothing you can do to change that
