Who is this person ?
Looks like a crate racer from Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We've seen him run a bit down here, but he's usually mid pack at best. This is an interesting pairing.

I believe Pierce's parents own 411 speedway.Probaly a long night at the mountain but should do better at tazewell if they go.
Mitch McCarter is indeed the owner of 411 Motor Speedway and both his sons (Mack and Pierce) both race some during the year.
We’ve seen both brothers. Mack in Supers, Pierce in Crates? Is that right?
They have both ran crates off and on the past few seasons. I could be wrong, but I think both have ran a few super races over the years as well.
