… just kidding. I told ya so! The day it was announced, I said it. On Twitter. On Facebook. And on 4m lol. The Wells/Overton combo would be lethal. It was the perfect fit!

Wendsday win was his first race w there new longhorn. Now hes 2/2
Post race Interview was pretty stellar as well, seems like a real guy trying to make it.
I don’t recall anybody saying it wouldn’t be a good combination. It’s pretty much acknowledged by everybody that Overton is one of the very best DLM drivers in the nation.
Can’t imagine anyone saying Overton with great backing and a car owner who believes in him and lets him make the majority of decisions wasn’t a good fit.
And I like him, his demeanor, he’s clean, and he knows the cars, dang good.
I watched about 4 hours of last night's show on DIRT ON DIRT Flo racing and i enjoyed it immensely.
I am getting to old to go to many of these shows live, and it is great to have this shown in my living room on TV> Just thought I would toss that out. As for Brandon, CONGRATS young man!!!
Just for the record if I didn't have it to watch on my TV, I would have certainly been there in person.
Overton is going to be winning for a long long time. Big sexy with the sexy Wells car. Love the wrap in all black.
Blackie and his gang spotted on his way to eldora!

$147,000 in the bank … and $126,000 still on the table.
3 for 3 now pretty good chance he will make it 4 in a row tomarrow
Meanwhile, back at Randy Weaver's camp... I think he won a crate race recently. Seems pretty obvious now if the issue there was the owner or the driver...
I don't think you'll ever see this team chase points. What for ? They come in to races prepared probably better than half the field. No drama, a owner that doesn't make things difficult for the team. Without question one of the top 5 teams slm racing.
Yes, everyone knew who he was (meaning, the diehards like us). But there’s a lot of fans around the country who knew nothing, or very little, about him. For me, having lived in KY for 40 years and having a connection with the Wells family, and then moving to South Georgia in 2014 and watching the excellence and growth of Brandon Overton, it just seemed like the perfect match. Maybe obvious to some, but for 99% of the rest, not obvious at all. It’s been awesome to watch.
I knew he was the real deal in 2010, down in GA racing. I figured most folks realized after he took a few spins in that 116.
Overton has indeed come a long way since his running around the Carolina days in the bud car....pretty cool to see.
Bad luck is the only thing that will beat Overton. That is the way it looks
