Most I've seen are 1" or 2", If 1.5" is a must, take a 2" one to the milling machine.
Esslinger or Race Engineering should be able to help.
Better yet, make one from Micarta or oak.
here you go..1.5" $66.99

Jerry has presented the absolute best recommendation. Construct the spacer from Micarta or oak hardwood. Both are MUCH better isolating the heat from the carb than aluminum. And if the entrance to the manifold plenum below the spacer will provide the space, taper the holes in the spacer 7-degrees(14-degree included angle considering both sides of the holes) top to bottom. What will that do? The taper will slow the carb exit mixture velocity slightly as the mixture 'turns the corners' out of the bottom of the spacer. Helps mitigate any fuel separation from the air as the corner is turned. You can also radius the holes from the spacer bottom output, which will also slightly aid the 'corner turn'. Make the holes at the entrance to the spacer the same diameter as the exits from the carb. If you use oak hardwood, spray it with a fuel-resistant epoxy to preclude the oak wood from 'soaking up' any fuel over time. And finally, use stainless bolts/studs to bolt the spacer/carb to the intake manifold. Stainless is a much poorer conductor of heat than mild steel bolts/studs. -Dave-
