The guy we bought our car from was running a 12" RR spring. Rayburn calls for a 14". What difference does the shorter spring make, if any? What is preferred?
This is mounted on the birdcage, if that makes any difference.

The 12" weighs less and will coil bind sooner. Depending on how much travel you are getting, this may or may not matter.
ok cool, so coilbind is the only concern, and weight is the only advantage/disadvantage?
