DVANCE MEMBER INSPECTION FEES ARE $75.00 / $90.00 Non-Member. Any competitor who files an entry postmarked after August 23rd 2015 will receive prize money, provided entry is excepted, but must pay $25 late inspection fee. ENTRIES MUST be made by mail. No entries accepted by telephone or fax. GARS is under no obligation to accept this entry. This entry will not be accepted by GARS. All Participants, Owners, Crews and / or drivers must sign a comprehensive release which will follow which releases all claims and causes of action in the United States.
