What are most guys doing to get the intake to fit on an IMCA Stock Car after having the heads milled to get 10.5:1 compression? Sense it says in the rules you are not suppose to mill the intake
Cut the intake flange on the head itself
That can be easily done with the OE heads but the EQ heads have to valve cover rail raised up and sticks above the mounting surface so it wouldn't be an easy cut.
i do them on my van norman rotary broach ( surfacer) all the time , the rail you are talking about will hang over the side of the table.....
