Last time I saw that was in a Mark Bush book! Cars don’t have much extra lead these days.. and it’s not for certain a condensed polar moment is even better. Rally cars intentionally make their MOI higher. Enough things to adjust on a dirt car, I think this is a diminishing returns subject
When everyone talks about being "maneuverable" in their interviews these days, it matters to a point for sure.
