when your in the arena, everyone wants a show, lmao
i sometimes think all of us miss that, i know its alot of money for the cars but you've got to give the fans what they want, if not its not a show
thats what they are paying for, without them there isn't any racing
seems like overton took it in stride
It is what it is.
Race with the garbage, get taken out with the trash.
Last time I checked a drivers license wasn't required to race a LM.
How many greats have started careers before they got a license ? Kyle Larson comes to mind.
A nine (9) year old kid won a Hobby stock main last weekend at the tiny 1/5 mile dirt track in Lovelock, Nevada. He comes from a racing family with father, uncles, cousins all racers and is almost bound to be a racer but that's pushing it pretty hard. I don't think kids in 4th grade need to be playing with the adults. Starting in one of the myriad cart, micros, 1/4 Midgets, etc. classes is one thing but big old Monte Carlos is a whole 'nother thing.
Let them be kids for a while. There's plenty of time to be an adult.

Like another poster said, if you aren't old enough to be held accountable for your actions, you should not be racing and competing with those that are.
Oh come on people! All of you know what he's talking about. It's drivers who have no business being in a SLM, much less on the same track with seasoned drivers. Practically all of them are adults and shouldn't be behind the wheel of anything more powerful than a USPS Jeep.
He was racing against some guys I've never heard of but hey, qualify better and you won't be in that predicament.
