Eldora Outside pits?

Did they even need to use the outside pits at Eldora for the World 100's

Yes I watched on Flo and they were moving cars from top to bottom and vice versa.

Both winning cars are pitted in the upper pits.

There were 9 teams pitted up there.

Larson/Rumley team was out there.
