start and idle's fine but soon as it get warm, it won't idle or run under load,New carb, speedway billet distributor, accel 300+ ing, this is a old race motor, put a stock head on it to make it streetable. It's in a rat rod now

I suggest you consider purchasing the relative new Air-Fuel-Ratio (AFR) INNOVATE digital gauge with its digital O2 sensor. Then consider putting you Rat Rod on a chassis dyno and pull the engine under load. The AFR will immediate tell you if you have fuel-ratio problem within the engine. If the problem exists, troubleshoot and fix it. If the INNOVATE is too expensive for your budget, consider possibly borrowing an AFR gauge from one of your buddies? -Dave-
