Speedway Motors shows rims and centers in the latest Circle track catalog.
Find a local fab shop with a lathe big enough to swing the rim and true it up to tack and weld in a new center.
Unless the wheel is something special, you're probably just as far ahead buying a new wheel, and be sure to use the appropriate lug nuts for the wheel hole size and taper.
speed way got the ring inserts for 22 bucks....the wheel baskets bout 55 bucks for 12 inch...10 inch be lil cheaper,..thay got bead lock weild on kits too
