355 cam reccomendations

Ok guys, looking for recomendations for a new cam for my 355. 10.5:1 comp, 1.96 intake 1.60 exhaust valves, double hump heads (461's) not ported. flat tops, weiand 7647 intake (IMCA stock intake) 500 cfm 4412 carb, 1 5/8-1 7/8 stepped headers.

whats a good cam to stick in this engine? solid? hyd? cant use roller. pretty much an 500 cfm IMCA stock engine, with double humps. Any ideas welcome!

What size track, and banking?

3/8th, slight banking, nothing crazy...not sure what degree of banking though
