Remember 'um, stiff as a board, we had as many as two of them on the RF of a '55 Chevy late model.
Plus a 1000 lb spring!
I do used to use old drag links to make mounts for them. Everyone used the Monroe's which were yellow. The valving was 86 soft 87 medium 88 stiffest .My things were so much simpler then.😀
We used the white ones, Gabriel, best I remember.
Still used it up to just a couple yrs ago.
I even found a NOS "shock lump" mount as we called 'em... more hi-tech that Ford drag links!
Somebody contact the rules committee, they need to know about this and stop it before somebody figures out how to use it.
Shut up about it and I'll give you a cut of the profits...
