There has been tax problems that can be found with some digging, and rumors of either a forced sale or a voluntary sale to get out from under it for a while now. Mosaic owns all around there so it wouldn't surprise me that they would see value in that property
Man if it's going to close I sure hope they get to have 1 last Winternationals to sent the place off right.
That would be a shame. Love going there every year for the Winternationals!
