I'm confused about what I'm supposed to gleam from this post. Unless the amount has changed over the last couple weeks, Dover is capped at around 50% attendance for social distancing. It's sold out, but only for half attendance from what I understand.
So.. it really is not sold out. It has reached its covid government limitation on people. Yes it has
