Thank God for mute buttons.
Ladies and Gentlemen...
Sorry just had to...
I thought he was annoying also. But, the one who takes the cake is the Pike County announcer. Repeats himself several times, i.e. 'cars in turn four, cars in turn four, cars in turn four, cars in turn four'. Also, would not name the drivers, just car numbers. 'cars number 31 and 54 in turn 3, cars number 31 and 54 in turn 3, cars number 31 and 54 in turn 3'. I finally gave up and went to bed.
I wish these guys would stop pluralizing a single turn. Turn 4 is turn 4. Turn 2 is turn 2.
It's not "turns 4". There is one turn 4.
I watched a video of a race back in '88 when I was announcing at Luxemburg, WI when I was running the joint.
I was awful....
Just to be correct folks, if the leader of the race approaches cars racing in the back for the first time, they are "not" lapped traffic people, they have not been lapped, get it right.
Late Model Mark
LMM, you need to convince the boss that you should be able to have try outs for guys that think they can do it. You pick a taped race and let them see what a tuff job it is.
What is the old saying? If it was so easy everybody be doing it. I know I get frustrated at some but ant know why would I ever try it.
When Eshelman says "The most powerful Late Models on the planet" cringeee.
dirtcrazy4u . I agree, when you screw up or have a bad tone it can make folks irritated. I would like to go one night with no gaffs.
LMM
The "Are you serious?" "Are you kidding me?" from Essex, is the worst.
