Anyone know what's going on with Shirley he's not scheduling any races at all

Maybe cuz the weather has sucked so bad lately? And looks to continue to be bad.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't have cars yet from rocket after selling the longhorns. He may have them now or close to having them.
