Al was in the process of getting served with foreclosure papers! He was made aware and sold to the fastest bidder to avoid losing it! Too many folks had their hand in the kitty!

Has it closed yet? If not it could still be foreclosed on before closing. I’ve had it happen to me before on property i had listed and ready to close.
A contract to sell or option to sell does not prevent foreclosure. If this is/was true- I don’t think Vonador would be broadcasting it. Why now does this come out? How about it Zero25 ??
