let's see, I just raced 500 laps and finish second to someone who only raced 499? ....

Agree with it unless you want the lap cars lined up with the leaders. Otherwise no real chance to get lap back.

agree. when they finally started putting the lapped cars at the tail on restarts it was kind of like a race within the race. give the winner of that a bone.
