Been eating trigger fish for years….can do lots of different things with it.Ask around and see if you can find the golden tile, it’s a beautiful piece of fish.
Depends on my mood on brisket or pork….I like whole hog over hickory coals as my all time favorite way to cook que but that’s not always practical.
Leftover brisket hash is hard to beat for breakfast, I will say that….(brisket,taters,onions and a small pepper)
Fall back every time.........majority of my work is outside!
Brisket hash sounds great......anything with bell pepper gotta be good!
My dad would take left over roast, cut it up, add onions and serve with eggs for bfast! He also made a great western omelett with leftover grilled steak!
