Not sure what happened but there went my trifecta
GREEN FLAG: Chris Madden with a good jump on the restart, Bobby Pierce to the pits.
CHECKERED FLAG: Chris Madden wins the Ed Gibbons Memorial ahead of Michael Brown and Justin Williams.
Solid 15th.
Thanks for the updates
Rearend broke on the 32 with 2 laps to go running 2nd.
From Bobby's Facebook page
I know EPJ has to be happy in his new ride. That DB team isn't haven't much luck so far.
What does it matter? Madden had them all covered Saturday night.
Madden is a true Wheel man! Could be the resurgence of BWRC and imo Barry couldnt have found a better man to fill the seat!
Does maddens tires pass?
Bobby did ok actually just broke.. Fergy has thousands of laps there and couldn't hold Bobby off now not sure if he could have passed Madden but he looked ok I thought
Looked like an arca race at Duquoin single file on the bottom...
Those 2 were the only ones who did any kind of racing last night, all be it on restarts. Whoever got the spot on the restart held it until the next caution. Neither one of them had the chance to pressure madden in lap traffic, tons of cautions kept madden in clear track the entire race. Race track was horrible, took rubber during qualifying. Promoter made an apology saying something about the water truck breaking down.
exactly what I said whoever starts pole, has a great shot at winning. I can see the same race at the local train station, new configuration isn't gonna save that track. Its to bad to very good facility wise just the tracks not there.
