In the dlm racing world ,( like most places)Luck is no more than a place where hard work and opportunity meet.
Probably why the hard workers seem the luckiest.

Couldn't agree more!
Hard work, opportunity, and skill level equals consistency and championships. The #6 is prime example. Being a GA resident id love to see both LOLMDS and WoO championships be brought home to GA. Has that ever been done before, both champions having the same home state.? Just curious
The car is hooked up and dialed in that's for sure. What impresses me more is they build their own engines that have the right power band, HP and reliability. They are getting it done in the shop and JD is pretty much just focusing on driving. Working out well for them.
Hopefully he will be at the USA Nats at Cedar Lk. Nothing posted on his schedule yet.

Yep, they are on a heckuva run. Enjoy it, they don't seem to last very long.
I was glad to hear him say that he got beat by Scott at Eldora, but he felt better after beating him at Wheatland.
JD will drive the wheels off that car and Kevin Rumley will have that car topnotch and Leroy rumley will have that motor as good as it gets and you can bet if it will get there jd will put it there he will take more chances than anyone on the track and most the time it pays off he will not set there and ride 2ed or 3rd he will put on a show and you will see them in the winners circle a lot more this year
