It was 2000 and 2001 but I agree with your point.

Looks like the best year is still 2000.. I was there and it SEEMS, cant remember for sure but 180 late models for that event.

Yes you are correct on the date. From the video I watched the racing went really well, except for the carbon fiber wheels that broke down.
