Most likely. The lack of necessary equipment to run the WoO is the bigger issue.

Two seperate issues madden doesn't last long anywhere but his own shop. I agree that the droop rule certainly hit Scott and madden the hardest. But frankly they haven't been good at the non droop rule races either and it's not like they lost their extra edge they literally went from madden looking unbeatable for a few weeks to struggling to run top ten sorry but that's more than a droop rule effects. But if these two are so good why Haven't they adjusted for it yet. Seems like Scott is to busy trying to find ways to beat it than getting their balance back within the rules. Sheppard fell off after the pandemic so they throttled their schedule back and figured some stuff out. Im not by any means knocking madden for this i actually admire that he's willing to do it ,but when your struggling you cant take a week or two off to go on vacation or to the ball game. To many people are sacrificing everything to put the time in to be better.
Doesn't his long time sponsor have Longhorn's sitting around? Hamrick?
Madden has struggled with trying to balance racing & family time for several years now. Especially since his son started to play sports. Racing is his job- but you have to appreciate that his family is his life.
This could have been quietly in the works before now? It was announced at Volunteer Speedway that Chris had a brand new hauler.
Does Millwoods still own it? He had a new car at Volunteer.
All I am saying at Volunteer WOO announced he had a brand new car(just finished) and a brand new hauler. He crashed the car in hot laps. Don’t know or care about the hauler- that’s what was announced over the PA system. I am old but I haven’t totally lost my hearing yet!😄
I am thinking Harris Logging furnishes the hauler- ?????
Well, it's official. Article is on DOD.
Harrod Logging
It’s official. DoD just posted it.
Madden is going to drive for Tyler Millwood who has Rocket chassis with Clements power. Ray Charles can see this coming. He will be back on top shortly.
Marlar would be an interesting choice to run some Bloomquist stuff if they could make it happen or if Mikey's heart is in it.
I wonder if Drydene $ had 3 cars on the tour as a stipulation
It's been a struggle at planet zero to get the stuff to build cars with dating back to last year. I hear it got worse after Randy passed. When Madden bent his new car a couple weeks ago, it was pretty much a setup for this to happen.
I guess Bloomer has a backup car now
Since Sumner became part owner- metal, steel, Chasis parts and all things related to building racecars have become less available at the Mooresburg Shop. Could be on demand inventory control or suppliers want their money before shipping? Tremendous amount of issues there.
In typical fashion when we they wanted to make a rule to reign things in, they went and checked the Blue 1 made the measurement match their car. All they had to do was go from 2 black RSW's to a 1" puck. No big deal. The zero stuff had springs and way more drop. A lot harder for them to adjust to the new rules on the fly.
Yep, because everyone is out to get Bloomer and wants Rocket to dominate
Sad to see really, but the landscape is littered with Racing Legends that had their fall from grace.
Hopefully he can right the ship thou, saying a prayer for you and your wicked ways Mr Bloomquist !
Im a Bloomquist fan myself, but i just dont see this multi-car big business operation ending up well for him.
Eckert had Drydene all over himself at Lernerville.
I don't think Madden likes being on a two car team. He needs all the focus on his driving program, which someone of his calibre should have. Watch him start cleaning up when he gets a new ride.
Two big egos, not easy to keep everybody happy.
Madden's been through quite a few rides the last few years. If he can bring some sponsorship then I wonder if Bowyer can go back to a 2-car team next year. I don't think it's likely Madden goes there but it's a team that could have space. Wasn't the Madden/Bloomquist deal originally that Madden was getting a car built for himself and he was just driving one of Scott's in the meantime? Then they just decided to keep that going?
In my opinion Madden hasn’t been the same since the atv accident.
I’ve always thought that Madden and Bloomer were a lot alike in that when it comes to racing it’s their way or the highway. The only exception to this IMO for Madden is when he ran with/for Barry Wright,- but even that didn’t last long which I never got. Madden put the ICON up front and kept it there. Madden’s always been a family man and stayed regional as a result. If he’s going to venture out up and down the highways on a National level it’s only going to be with a team that can deliver to his expectations. I feel he thought Team zero could get it done after that hell of a run he had last year. That was mostly done with bloomer not driving as well though. Once he got back in the egos were destined to clash. I think Madden just realized the team can’t deliver to his expectations and doesn’t want to put up with it any longer. I can’t totally blame Scott for all of it though. The man has been through a lot of s*** the last couple of years. Divorce, Hauler debacle, motorcycle incident, Randy Sweet passing. Every man can only take so much
