Looks like their working on the scales now. Maybe a problem with the scales.
LOOKS LIKE EVERYBODYS LIGHT... ..GOOD.. I THOUGHT WE HAD ANOTHER CONTROVERSY STARTING..
I dont see how Bloomquist was initially light at the scales but they still sent him out to run his qualifying lap before determining the scales were wrong. If you're light to begin with you shouldn't get to run a lap until you make weight. I understand there was a scale issue but they still allowed Bloomquist to qualify light and his penalty was going to be starting 4th in the heat. LOL. Hows this make any sense. Ive been a Bloomquist fan since '88 by the way.
Just water cooler talk...
The race hasnt started and they already talkin chit about Scott... funny
He does kinda bring it on himself
Next theyll be fussin cause he had two scoops of ice cream.... dam
So how is the thread titled that, but no mention of it on any actual racing site? Was the scales even somehow off, and was he and others having issues?
Found it on DoD.
Apparently the 0 was towards the end of group 1 qualifiers and showed light. Seems the rule is only allowed one qualifying lap and regardless of his time isn't allowed to start in front of the invert, so last night best would have been 4th. At the start of group 2 qualifying was discovered that there was a problem with the scales. He was given the chance to get a second qualifying lap and would not be limited where he could start in his heat. He stood on his first time, declined the second qualifying lap and started on the front row of the heat.
Jumper is just sore because his heart throb didn't make the show
